The puzzle list on the right lists the puzzles in numerical order while the next/previous links at the end of each page gives you the order that the puzzles are found in the game

Puzzle 12, for example, is not available until Chapter 4

On the right you'll also find lists of the gizmos, painting scraps, furniture and characters so if you're missing something then you can jump directly to where it can be found in the game
